Lutheran Men BBQ Pork and Hash Fundraiser
Posted May 25, 2022 By adminThe Lutheran Men are planning their annual BBQ pork and hash fundraiser.
The cost is $10.00 for a pound of BBQ and $8.00 for a quart of hash.
As in the past, orders can be picked up at the church Fellowship Hall on Friday, June 24th between 3-6:00 PM and Saturday, June 25th between 8-10 AM. Please see a member of the LUTHERAN MEN to place your order. The deadline is Sunday, June 12th.

Posted March 7, 2022 By adminOur Lutheran Men Sausage Fundraiser is back! Lutheran Men are selling a pound of their famous sausage for $5. Pick up time will be from 4-6 PM on Friday, March 25th or 8-10 AM on Saturday, MARCH 26th . See one of the Lutheran Men to place your order. The last day to order will be March 13th .
The Lutheran Men are seeking new members as we plan to start back our Lutheran Men fellowship, activities, and fundraisers. Please consider joining our Lutheran Men. It is our members who make us who we are. If you are not interested in joining our Lutheran Men but would like to assist us in our activities, please contact Lynn or Billy. Our next meeting is March 20th at 6 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

There will be several important items to be discussed concerning ministry team functions, financial responsibilities, communications, and record keeping. Please plan to attend. Welcome Zion Lutheran Church, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Posted June 30, 2021 By adminSunday July 18th is going to be a very special day here at St. Jacob’s. Not only will we welcome the President of the NALC’s seminary, but we will also play host to Pastor David’s friend Pastor Mathew Magera and the Youth of Zion Lutheran Church from
Pittsburg. Pastor Magera and Zion’s youth group will be making their way to Charleston for their summer mission trip and will make a pit stop at St. Jacob’s on Saturday, July 17th to rest from their travels. Members of Zion will spend the night, lock-in style in our Sunday school wing. Volunteers from our Men’s group will provide breakfast for our guests, and they will be joining us for worship Sunday morning. Please welcome our guests warmly as they travel to Charleston to do the work of the Gospel.
